The official model test (Modelltest)
The Berlin Volkshochschulen publish a Modelltest for the Sprachtest zur Einbürgerung as a free PDF. It shows the real format: the reading tasks, the writing task and the parts of the speaking test. You can download it here: Modelltest PDF on berlin.de.
How to use it as a real simulation
Many people read the model test once and put it away. You learn much more if you do it like the real test:

Plan a quiet hour
Turn off your phone notifications. Have paper, a pen and a timer.

Reading: 30 minutes
Start the timer and do all reading tasks. Stop when the time is over, even if you are not finished.

Writing: 20 minutes
Write the message by hand, like in the real test. Stop at 20 minutes.

Speaking: about 15 minutes
Ask a friend to be the examiner, or record yourself on your phone. Do all three parts: introduction (about 3 min), photo (about 6 min), discussion (about 6 min).

Check and reflect
Compare your reading answers. Check your message: did you answer all four points? Listen to your recording. Write down your three biggest problems.
Scoring yourself
Remember the pass rules: at least 18 of 30 points in total, at least 7.5 of 15 in the written part and at least 7.5 of 15 in the oral part. Your own score is only an estimate, especially for writing and speaking, where an examiner judges your answer. Be honest and strict with yourself. Details: exam overview.
Timed mock exams in the app
